Seller/OEM Warranty Policy

Bezel "As Is" Disclaimer

BEZEL SELLS EVERYTHING “AS IS” ON OUR PLATFORM AND, EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BEZEL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEZEL MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE WATCHES YOU PURCHASE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS.

Bezel will, however, coordinate with buyers with respect to watches under seller or OEM warranties as described below. In addition, if buyers have issues with watches purchased on Bezel they can seek returns, refunds, or Bezel credit as described in our Buyer Protection Policy.

 

Watches Under Remaining OEM Warranty 

If a customer purchases a watch that is under OEM warranty, the customer will use the guarantee card to file a claim with the manufacturer. The buyer will be responsible for all interaction with the manufacturer. The warranty terms and conditions, in the event of such claims, are those enumerated in the warranty terms and conditions for each applicable manufacturer. Watches returning from manufacturer service will be warranted under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s service warranty. 

 

How to Obtain Service For Seller/OEM Warranties

Fill out our contact form to initiate a service request.  Bezel will manage the interaction between the warranty provider and the customer.

Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand and the specific service matter. Usually, warranty service repairs require six to eight weeks, if not longer. When a watch service is completed, a shipping tracking number will be emailed to the owner.

 

Additional Warranty

Bezel may offer additional warranty products that can be purchased by the buyer at checkout to increase the duration and scope of their warranty coverage.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).
